Founded in 1980s, the mill is a private enterprise engaged in producing worsted yarn and blended yarn and providing services of spinning, dyeing and wool sweater weaving. With a yearly production volume of 2000 tons of yarns and 15,000 spindles, the enterprise owns over 300 employees, among whom engineers, senior technicians and various professional technicians account for 10%. The enterprise has double-twisting machines and comprehensive inspection instruments.
Good at diversified worsted yarn spinning, such as mercerized wool, mercerized wool and floret blended spinning, mercerized wool acrylic blended spinning, etc. Since 200 new production lines have been put into operation----the spinning production of various fibers. After several years of practice, ten species of blend yarns have been successfully developed, for instance: blend wool series, blend cotton series, blend floret series, blend soybean fiber series, blend model series, blend cashmere, blend tencel series, blend bamboo fiber series, blend rabbit hair series and blend chemical fibers ( nylon, acrylic and polyester) series. The products are sold in Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, America, Australia and Europe. |
